Tiffany Benjamin serves as the Humana Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer.

In her role as CEO, Tiffany guides the Foundation in establishing new ways to co-create healthy communities, sustain advances in health outcomes, and eliminate unjust differences in health and health care. She brings a strong understanding of the social determinants of health and a passion for closing systemic gaps in education and employment, wealth and financial security, social connectedness, and food security.

Keni Winchester - StaffKeni Winchester

Keni Winchester serves as the Humana Foundation’s Director of Strategy and Communication Engagement.

In her role as Director, Keni will serve as liaison with various Humana business segments and leaders on approaches to leveraging corporate assets to advance health outcomes and health equity in communities served by the Humana Foundation and for Humana members at large. Keni will also ensure that operations, strategy development, execution and impact evaluation efforts advance the Foundation’s mission.

Debbie Kunard-Hill - StaffDebbie Kunard-Hill

Debbie Kunard-Hill joined Humana in 2013 as the Assistant to the VP of Senior Products Actuarial. Since 2015, she has been assisting The Humana Foundation CEO and team. Debbie has nearly 15 years of community foundation experience as an executive assistant. Prior to her foundation experience Debbie worked in public accounting firms as an administrative assistant for 12 years.  

Debbie and her husband have four sons. She enjoys spending time with family and traveling. 

Soojin Conover - StaffSoojin Conover

Soojin Conover, Ph.D. serves as Data Scientist at Humana Foundation, where she focuses on utilizing data-driven analytics to further the mission of the foundation. Soojin’s career includes extensive experience in public health research and data analytics, often incorporating geospatial information to guide evidence-based decision making and implement place-based approaches to promote health equity. Prior to joining Humana Foundation, Soojin held analytical roles at non-profit organizations including RAND Corporation, UNESCO, and most recently Boston Medical Center, where she developed data tools and dashboards, led program evaluation eff...

Juanita Pryor - StaffJuanita Pryor

Juanita Pryor, MBA joined The Humana Foundation in July 2020 and serves as the Foundation Analyst. She helps manage Foundation operations, communications, the Strategic Community Relations Program, the Community Partners Program, the disaster philanthropy program, and is helping manage the Foundation's financial due diligence with current and potential community partners. Her efforts are positively impacting each of our eight focus communities and have increased our capability of expanding our work to improve and sustain positive health outcomes.

Tabinda Ghani - StaffTabinda Ghani

Tabinda Ghani serves the Humana Foundation as a Portfolio Officer.  Tabinda has served in the nonprofit sector for over a decade in refugee resettlement, senior services and financial capability. She holds a Master of Social Work alongside her Master in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Tabinda also holds a certification in Nonprofit Management from Rice University. Tabinda has extensive experience in program design and evaluation, strategic planning, fundraising, and partnership development. In her spare time Tabinda enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with her family.

Heather Hyden - StaffHeather Hyden

Heather Hyden (She/her)  joined the Humana Foundation in January 2021 and serves as a Portfolio Officer. She has a twelve year career in Community Development with over a decade of experience organizing communities and developing new policies and systems towards a more equitable food system. She has worked in multiple sectors including local government, non-profits, academia and most recently with the Kentucky Cooperative Extension system.
